In 1986, John and Pam Dipre started Dipre, Brodnik & Associates, Inc. with a vision: applying their passion for relationship-oriented leadership to help empower women and men through financial security. Over 30 years later, their passion has evolved into an insurance and financial firm serving a myriad of clients in Northeast Ohio and surrounding areas.
Adding to their professional experience, John and Pam have cultivated long-term partnerships with estate planning attorneys and CPAs, maximizing their ability to help secure your financial future.

Troy DipreRegistered Investment Advisor
As a Registered Investment Advisor, Troy Dipre works to maintain a fiduciary standard of care and transparency while cultivating long-term client relationships. He joined the family firm in 2018 to follow his passion to serve others by helping them address both their financial and life goals.
He actively focuses on helping clients create comprehensive strategies to last throughout life’s changes. He concentrates on the core values of financial planning, including retirement strategies and life insurance needs, while considering capital preservation and family values.
Prior to joining the firm, Troy competed as a Division 1 football scholarship athlete. He went on to play at Kent State University and the University of Minnesota, where he studied business and finance. He now enjoys training for and participating in triathlons.

John Dipre draws from his background as a retirement professional to empower clients by helping them to achieve a guaranteed income stream in retirement they can never outlive while having their principal protected. His additional areas of experience or knowledge include: life insurance, IRA and 401(k) rollover and management, Roth IRAs, tax-deferred annuities and long-term care strategies.
John entered the financial services industry in 1983, working with mutual funds. Wanting to understand the industry fully, he then moved to life insurance sales with large companies. After three years, he became attracted to the idea of founding his own firm to better serve clients. Now, he proudly serves clients and their families throughout Ohio. He holds life, health and annuities insurance licenses.
Born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania, John has lived in Solon, Ohio with his wife and business partner, Pam, for more than 30 years. John is an avid workout fan and sports enthusiast. He also enjoys giving back to the community and supporting charitable causes, including The Haven House, Set Beautiful Free, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Wounded Warrior Project and Feed My Starving Children. John and Pam attend Fellowship Bible Church in Chagrin Falls, and their greatest joy is their three children, Arielle, Kyle and Troy, along with their two granddaughters.

Drawing on her background as a retirement professional, Pam Dipre uses time-proven strategies to help clients achieve their dream retirements. She pulls from three decades’ experience to help clients grow and preserve their assets while simultaneously helping create guaranteed income streams they won’t outlive through the use of insurance products and services.
Pam and John, her husband and business partner, are longtime residents of Solon, Ohio, and enjoy giving back to the community. They have three wonderful children, Arielle, Kyle and Troy, and two granddaughters. They attend Fellowship Bible Church in Chagrin Falls.
